It is important that all layers of security are properly handled in order to protect systems and data. We have security procedures for each level of access; physical access is strictly controlled via several levels of checking and authorisation. Tier 3 and 4 datacentre level security features of CCTV, restricted route access, individual locked cabinets and 24x7 manned security.

 Firewall management of devices, policies and rules are handled according to procedure, as are firewall patching, troubleshooting and maintenance subscription. VPN tunnel establishment and Checkpoint configuration are among the security activities we routinely undertake. The ISO 27001 accredited security procedures underpin all our security activities.
