Background

EQSN was established in 2000 by a team of highly experienced technical and commercial individuals who identified a need for quality services in the datacentre market. Establishing a presence in Edinburgh the facilities have grown to cover three diverse sites, providing added resilience.

Quality and attention to service agreements emerges from the background of our engineering staff who have their roots in the provision of Internet based technologies. We have deep knowledge of customer service management, network engineering and IT systems management.

Objective

Our objective is to support our clients business by first listening to their requirements then working with them to determine the most balanced system to meet their business needs. From this we deliver robust solutions that provide both the features required to meet the exacting demands of the client and the benefits that enable them to develop and grow in their own business sphere. Our success is based on the success of our clients, therefore we are keen to invest in creating a partnership that supports development and prosperity for our client which ultimately benefits EQSN.

Focus

We focus on the datacentre based services of supply and management, avoiding non-core areas of software development or office systems management.

Our aim is to provide a responsive customer service that is reflected in our willingness to exceed our SLA and even work with our clients to resolve issues that may be outside our scope.

Risk reduction and business continuity are major features of our services. We work alongside clients to determine where the risks may feature and then agree an approach that reduces the exposure and ensures the continuity of service in even the most extreme of circumstances.

We have a varied range of clients across all major sectors of industry; banking & finance, manufacturing, social networking, local & central government, corporate, solution developers, NHS and even the odd startup.
